Egg drama? Not with this simple trick!

Everyone knows the feeling… You carefully place an egg in the pan and before you can even say “perfectly soft-boiled,” the shell cracks open as if the egg has decided to give birth right there in your cooking water.
Result: floating egg whites in the pan, a damaged egg, and definitely not that perfect breakfast photo.
My simple tip: Add a generous pinch of salt to the water before boiling your eggs. The salt helps prevent the shell from cracking while cooking. And if a tiny crack does appear, the egg white will firm up faster, helping your egg still look a lot nicer.
Small effort, big difference!
